A travelogue from the late Heian period. Eight volumes. Written by Narihisa. Completed in 1072-1073 . It describes the author's travels to Mount Tiantai and Mount Wutai in Song China, as well as his experiences and observations before and after the trip. It is an important source of information on the state of affairs, geography, and customs of Chinese Buddhism at the time.
