Reproduction

Reproduction
Humans live by consuming or using the consumer goods and production goods they have produced, renewing the labor and means of production consumed in the production process, and then producing new goods again. This repetition of consumption and production is called reproduction. When consumption and production are repeated on the same scale, it is called simple reproduction, when they are repeated while expanding the scale, it is called expanded reproduction, and when they are reduced, it is called reduced reproduction. F. Quesnay's economic table and K. Marx's reproduction formula are famous for being the first theoretically to represent the reproduction process of the entire national economy. Currently, the reproduction process of each country is statistically shown by the New System of National Accounts (New SNA), which focuses on the circulation of national income. Recently, with the occurrence of industrial pollution, it is no longer possible to talk about reproduction without taking into account the process of waste and its return to nature.
