[The Age of Revolutionary Literature]
When the revolutionary movement was once again on the rise following the May 30th Incident in 1925, the Sozosha group raised the slogan "From literary revolution to revolutionary literature," which eventually developed into the proletarian literature movement at the end of the 1920s. For a time, there was a fierce debate over revolutionary literature between young writers from Sozosha and Taiyosha and Lu Xun and others, but at the same time, through the debate, both sides were also in the process of digesting and absorbing foreign Marxist literary theory.
