An old town in Wake County in the southeast of Okayama Prefecture. The Yoshii River runs through the center. The central settlement of Saiki is on the right bank and flourished as the location of the camp of the Tsuchikura clan, a chief retainer of the Okayama domain, and as a river port on the Yoshii River. Matsutake mushrooms, dried gourd, and konnyaku are its specialties.
