Sidereal year

Japanese: 恒星年 - こうせいねん（英語表記）sidereal year

The time it takes for the Earth to go from one point relative to the stars to the same point again, i.e. to complete one revolution around the Sun. In terms of observation, it is the time it takes for the Sun to complete one revolution around the sidereal sky. Because the vernal equinox moves from east to west, the sidereal year is slightly longer than the solar year, which is measured by the vernal equinox, at about 365 days, 6 hours, 9 minutes, and 10 seconds.
