Records of the Kenmu Era

Also known as the "Kenmu Ninenki" or "Kenmu-ki." 1 volume. It contains general government affairs such as the "Rinjijungyo no Koto" established by the Kenmu government of Emperor Godaigo, the Zassoketsu Danshocho (decisions on miscellaneous lawsuits), the Oshu Shiki Hyōjōshū (Oshu-shiki Hyōjōshū), the Yoryūdo (members of the Onshogata and Kirokusho) offices, the Mushadokoro Kechiban Kyomyo (warrior's station police station), and Nijōgawara Rakusho (Nijōgawara doodles). By comparing it with the Kenmu Shikimoku, it is one of the basic historical materials that allows us to understand the ideals of the Kenmu government. In particular, the Nijogawara Graffiti, which begins with "These days, what is popular in the capital," is famous for its sharp satire of the inner workings of the Kenmu government, the customs and society of the time, etc. It is included in "Kaitei Shiseki Shuran 17" and "Gunsho Ruiju Miscellaneous Section."

『建武二年記』『建武記』とも称する。1巻。後醍醐(ごだいご)天皇の建武政府によって定められた「綸旨遵行事(りんじじゅんぎょうのこと)」など、一般政務の条目、雑訴決断所牒(ざっそけつだんしょちょう)のほか、奥州式評定衆(おうしゅうしきひょうじょうしゅう)、恩賞方(おんしょうがた)・記録所(きろくしょ)の寄人(よりゅうど)、武者所結番交名(むしゃどころけちばんきょうみょう)、二条河原落書(にじょうがわららくしょ)などを収める。建武式目と対比検討することによって、建武政治の理念を知ることができる基本史料の一つである。とくに、「此比(このごろ)都ニハヤルモノ」と始まる二条河原落書は、建武政府の内実や、当時の風俗、世相などを鋭く風刺したものとして著名である。『改定史籍集覧　17』『群書類従　雑部』に収められている。
