Dung beetle (feces beetle) - Dung beetle

Japanese:
Dung beetle (feces beetle) - Dung beetle
Many insects in the families Scarabaeidae, Geotrupidae, and Bucconidae are attracted to animal dung and carcasses. These beetles are collectively called dung beetles, or dung beetles. Among them, the scarab beetles, giant scarab beetles (illustration), emperor scarab beetles, and dung beetles, which belong to the Scarabaeidae family, are representative. Scarab beetles roll dung to create dung balls, which they carry underground and lay eggs in. Giant scarab beetles dig holes underground, carry dung to create dung balls, and lay eggs in them.
