A type of dried vegetable. Sweet potatoes and eggplants are also used, but the general term is kiriboshi daikon (dried dried radish). Radish cut into slices and dried in the sun. Soft and sweet ones such as Miyashige daikon are good, and there are long, thin strips of shikiriboshi, rectangular strips of kakukiboshi, and round slices of hanamarukiboshi. 乾燥野菜の一種。サツマイモやナスなどもあるが,一般には切干しダイコンをいう。切ったダイコンを天日で干したもの。宮重(みやしげ)ダイコンのように柔らかく甘味のあるものがよく,細長く切った千切干し,短冊形の角切干し,輪切の花丸切干しなどがある。水でもどし,油揚げと煮たり,はりはり漬などにする。
