〘noun〙① A vital part of the body where attack can be life-threatening. A crucial point. Moxibustion spot. *Tosei Shosei Kishichi (1885-86), Tsubouchi Shoyo, 18: "In general, everything has a key point." ③ The name for the front part of the Noh stage that is closest to the audience seats, if the Noh stage is divided horizontally into thirds, and the part closest to the main stage, if the bridge is divided vertically into thirds, in other words, the area around Ichinomatsu.
