〘名〙① にせの薬。※養生訓(1713)七「偽薬とは真ならざる似せ薬也」② ある薬物の治療効果を判定するために使う、それと外形、味、色などはまったく同じで、主成分のみ除いてある薬物。治療効果を知りたい薬物と同時に与えて、判定する。
