...The inscriptions on the band include "See the light of the sun, bring great light to the world...", "The pure and clear essence is white, and the ruler...", and "The clear essence shines with the image of the sun and the moon". At the end of the Western Han dynasty, there was a mirror with a dragon motif, which has an inverted S-shaped main motif that is thought to have been simplified from the dragon motif. Also at the end of the Western Han dynasty, there was a mirror with a linked arc motif, inscribed with the date "Jusetu 1st Year" (Later 6), which was the first time that a mirror with a date inscription appeared...
