Angina attack - Kyoushinhossa

...It is a disease in which the blood flow in the coronary arteries is insufficient due to various causes, such as atherosclerosis, causing a temporary lack of oxygen to the heart muscle, resulting in repeated attacks of chest compression and pain for several minutes. These attacks of pain are called angina attacks, and if they continue for more than several tens of minutes, they can progress to myocardial infarction, in which part of the heart muscle undergoes necrosis and does not recover. In 1768, William Heberden (1710-1801) of England described in detail the relationship between angina attacks and the heart, but at that time the distinction between angina pectoris and myocardial infarction was not yet clear, and angina pectoris was considered to include myocardial infarction accompanied by myocardial necrosis.
