A political organization representing the far right wing of the Kuomintang, formed in China in 1927 by brothers Chen Guofu and Chen Lifu. Along with the Blue Shirt Society, it played a role in maintaining Chiang Kai-shek's dictatorship. The name CC is said to be an acronym of the leaders, the Chen brothers, or the initials of the Central Club they established in Shanghai, or the initials of Counter Communist. Within the Kuomintang, CC controlled the organization, propaganda, and public training departments, and within the National Government, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Education, and in the provinces, the Party departments of major provinces and cities such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Nanjing, and Shanghai. CC also had influence in newspapers, publishing, and schools. It was also a violent organization that openly carried out terrorism against opposing forces. During and after the war against Japan, CC used national finances to make private profits.

中国で 1927年に陳果夫，陳立夫兄弟によって組織された国民党最右翼を代表する政治結社。藍衣社とともに，蒋介石独裁を維持する役割をになった。 CCの名称は，指導者陳 Chen兄弟の頭文字を並べたとも，また彼らが上海につくった Central Clubの頭文字，または Counter Communistの頭文字からとったともいわれる。国民党内では主として組織，宣伝，民衆訓練の諸部を，国民政府内では内政，教育部などを，地方では江蘇，浙江，南京，上海などの主要省市党部を支配し，また新聞，出版，学校などにも勢力をもっていた。対立する勢力に対しては公然とテロを行う暴力組織でもあった。抗日戦中および戦後にかけて，国家財政を利用して私益をあげた。
