Kankurinite - Kankurinite

…the term is a general term for minerals such as nepheline, leucite, cancrinite, sodalite, haüyne, and melilite, which are chemically similar to feldspar and are aluminosilicates containing potassium, sodium, and calcium, but are much poorer in silica than feldspar. Feldspars therefore substitute for feldspars in rocks that are relatively poor in silica.
