Simple delivery - Kanihikiwatashi

A method of transfer of possession (delivery). When the person to whom the possession rights are transferred or his/her agent is actually in possession of the thing, the possession rights are deemed to have been transferred by agreement between the two parties alone, without actual delivery (Civil Code, Article 182, Paragraph 2).
