…Precise measurement of mass is performed by the former, and there are the following measurement methods. (1) Simplified method Also called the proportional method. This method assumes that the length of both arms of the balance is equal, and after balancing both pans of the balance empty, an object is placed on one pan, and a weight is placed on the other pan while adding or removing it, and the mass of the weight placed is taken as the mass of the object.
