Mirrors from the Han Dynasty in China. Most of them are high-quality cupronickel mirrors with a slight warp on the mirror surface, and the back of the mirror is divided into several concentric sections centered on the knob, displaying patterns. The technical sophistication is unmatched by other metal implements. Many of the mirrors have inscriptions, and it is believed they were made in government-run factories. They are usually classified as Early Han mirrors, Wang Mang mirrors, or Later Han mirrors. For Early Han mirrors, the back patterns include the Four-Breast Leaf Pattern Mirror, the Fine White Mirror with Double Circle Pattern, and the Inner Flower Pattern Mirror. For Wang Mang mirrors, the Square Grid Ruled Four Gods Mirror. For Later Han mirrors, there are the Kuifeng Mirror, the Beast Head Mirror, the Image Mirror, the Pandragon Mirror, and the Divine Beast Mirror.
