Confucius' Thoughts on the Reformation of the Law (English: Kong-zi gai-zhi-kao)

Japanese: 孔子改制考 - こうしかいせいこう（英語表記）Kong-zi gai-zhi-kao

A representative work by Kang Youwei, a scholar of the Duke of Zhou in the late Qing Dynasty. 21 volumes. Published in Guangxu 23 (1897). In the same year, Kang Youwei wrote "New Learning and False Classics" (Reviews) and made clear his stance on modern literature. In this work, he argued that Confucius was the founder of Confucianism and King Su, not simply the originator of the government of the Duke of Zhou. He also argued that the heydays of the three reigns of Yao, Shun, and Wen were depictions of the reforms that Confucius envisioned and that he entrusted to the ancients, and that Confucius was a reformer.

中国，清末の公羊学者康有為の代表的著書。 21巻。光緒 23 (1897) 年刊。同 17年に『新学偽経考』を著わして今文学の立場を明示した康有為は，本書において孔子を儒教の創始者であり素王であって単なる周公の政の祖述者ではないと説き，さらに堯，舜，文王など3代の盛世は孔子がいにしえに託してみずからの理想とする改革を描いたものであり，孔子は改革者であると主張した。
