…In opposition to Saicho's movement for the independence of the Mahayana ordination platform, he submitted the "Sōtōhyō" (Sōtōhyō) in 819 together with Gomyō (Gomyō). In 830 (Tenchō 7), he received an imperial order from Emperor Junna to submit the principles of each religion, and wrote the first outline of the Ritsu sect in Japan, "Kiryū Denrai Shuji Mondō." He also wrote "Ganjin Wajo San Ijitsu" (Three Unusual Things). …
