〘Noun〙 One of the eight bureaus established by the Meiji Restoration government on February 3, 1868 ( Keio 4 ). It was responsible for diplomacy, trade, etc. It had five officials: Director, Assistant Director, Gonnosuke , Judge, and Gonhanji . In the leap April of the same year, the name was changed to Foreign Affairs Bureau. 〘名〙 明治維新政府が慶応四年(一八六八)二月三日に設置した八局の一つ。外交、貿易などを管轄した。職員は督、輔、権輔(ごんのすけ)、判事、権判事(ごんのはんじ)の五官。同年閏四月官制改定により外国官と改称。
