Feast of Tabernacles - Kariio no Matsuri

Japanese: 仮庵の祭 - かりいおのまつり
Feast of Tabernacles - Kariio no Matsuri
One of the three major Jewish festivals observed by the Israelites. For one week or eight days from the 15th of the month of Tishri (currently September to October), the year ends with thanksgiving for the harvest of autumn fruits such as olives, grapes, and figs. Sukkot refers to the act of the Israelites building temporary dwellings in the outdoors and living there during the festival to commemorate their experience of life in the wilderness after the Exodus.
