Owari family (Shiba clan) - Owarike

...The Kanrei family of the Muromachi Shogunate. As successive heads of the family were appointed as Owari no Kami, Hyoe no Kami, and Hyoe no Suke, they are also called the Owari family or the Buei family (the Chinese name for Hyoe). They are a famous family of the Ashikaga clan, and their origins lie when the Ashikaga family descended to Shiba County in Mutsu Province and took up the name Shiba from Kosui-ji Castle.
