Demon's Scythe - Oni no Kama

...When observed through a telescope, this star is a spectroscopic binary star and an Algol-type variable star, but its brightness hardly changes, so it cannot be seen with the naked eye. In Japan, this star rises to the zenith in early summer, and has Japanese names such as "Taiko Star," "Hettsui Star," "Chiyoji no Kamado," and "Oni no Kamado." In Greek mythology, it is said to be the golden crown that Dionysus, the god of wine, placed on the head of Princess Ariadne, who was abandoned on the island of Naxos, to comfort her.
