Law No. 149 of 1950. This law regulates the manufacture, sale, storage, transportation, consumption and other handling of explosives, such as making the manufacture and sale of explosives a license system and requiring the storage of explosives in powder magazines. The purpose is to prevent disasters caused by explosives and ensure public safety. It replaces the previous Firearms and Explosives Control Law (Law No. 53 of 1910). 昭和 25年法律 149号。火薬類の製造,販売業を許可制にし,火薬類の貯蔵を火薬庫で行わせるなど,火薬類の製造,販売,貯蔵,運搬,消費その他の取扱いを規制する法律。火薬類による災害を防止し,公共の安全を確保することを目的とする。従来の銃砲火薬類取締法 (明治 43年法律 53号) に代るもの。
