Oe mine

This mine was located in Niki Town, under the jurisdiction of the Shiribeshi General Bureau in western Hokkaido. It is located on the eastern foot of Mt. Inakuraishi, upstream of the Ponsikarabetsu River. It was discovered in 1890 (Meiji 23) and worked as a gold and silver deposit, and later began producing manganese, copper, lead, zinc, and iron sulfide. Since 1953 (Showa 28), it has been operated by Hokushin Mining. It closed in 1984.

北海道西部、後志(しりべし)総合振興局管内の仁木町(にきちょう)にあった鉱山。ポンシカリベツ川上流の稲倉石(いなくらいし)山東麓(ろく)にある。1890年（明治23）に発見、金銀鉱床として稼業し、その後マンガン、銅、鉛、亜鉛、硫化鉄を産するようになった。1953年（昭和28）以後北進鉱業が経営していた。1984年閉山。
