〘Noun〙 A modern Chinese percussion instrument. Ten gongs are hung in a lattice-shaped wooden frame and are struck with a wooden mallet. In Japan, it is used in Ming and Qing music. Unra . ※Fuzoku Gaho, Issue 104 (1895), Yugeimon " The Unra consists of ten bronze drums and is similar to the Changgiri used in Japan. It is placed next to the person striking the xylophone and is struck occasionally between beats."
