Niigata sake. They offer daiginjo, junmai ginjo, junmai, and honjozo varieties. The taste is light and dry. They have won many awards at the National New Sake Tasting Competition. The rice they use is Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku. The brewing water is Tengu no Shimizu, an underground water from the Hakusan mountain range. 新潟の日本酒。大吟醸酒、純米吟醸酒、純米酒、本醸造酒がある。味わいは淡麗辛口。全国新酒鑑評会で受賞実績多数。原料米は山田錦、五百万石など。仕込み水は白山山系の伏流水「天狗の清水」。蔵元の「金鵄盃(きんしはい)酒造」は明治40年(1907)創業。所在地は五泉市村松。
