A play by Peter Shaffer that premiered in 1973. Original title: Equus. A work that deals with the dark side of the soul, revolving around a boy who works in a stable and a psychiatrist. It has also been performed in Japan by the Shiki Theatre Company and others. It won the 29th Tony Award (Best Play) in 1975. It was made into a film in 1977.
