The largest island in the Senkaku Islands, located in the southwest of Okinawa Prefecture. It is uninhabited. It belongs to Ishigaki City, about 140 km south. There are many fish species around the island, and it is a good fishing ground for bonito. China claims sovereignty over it. The area is 3.82 km2 . The highest point is 362 m.
