This is a type of contract method that a building owner enters into with a contractor during construction work. A single construction company or master carpenter is contracted to carry out all the work, including carpentry, plastering, and fittings. This type of contract has the advantage of being easier to contract and manage than other types of contracts, and making it easier to see the overall construction work.
