Izanaten - Izanaten

Japanese: 伊舎那天 - いざなてん

(Ishana is a transliteration of Īśāna. It is also written as Izanā or Ina, and abbreviated as Isha. It means ruler.) A Buddhist term. He is the lord of the sixth heaven of the desire realm, and is also called Mahajirāten (Makeishurāten) . In the Taizōkai Mandala of Esoteric Buddhism, he is placed at the head of the outer Kongōin temple.
