Issyk Kurgan

Japanese: イシク・クルガン - いしくくるがん
Issyk Kurgan

...This shape was unchanged in Sassanid Persia, and in the depictions of kings on gold coins and silverware, the sun and moon, symbols of Zoroastrianism, were further adorned. A gold ornament in the shape of an arrow was discovered in Issyk kurgan (east of Almaty), which is thought to be the royal tomb of the Saka people in Central Asia. Since this king was buried wearing armor, the ornament may have been used to decorate his helmet. If so, the helmet would have been used not only as a defensive device but also as a kind of symbol of authority.
