Set in Chicago during the prohibition era, it depicts a confrontation between gangsters and a team of US Treasury Department investigators. Also known as "Punch a Hole in the Belly." A remake of the series was released in 1993 as the TV drama "The New Untouchables."
②An American film made in 1987. A remake of ①. Original title: The Untouchables. Set in Chicago during the Prohibition era, it depicts the efforts of investigators trying to crack down on Al Capone. Directed by Brian De Palma, starring Kevin Costner, Sean Connery, Robert De Niro, Andy Garcia and others. Winner of the 60th Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor (Sean Connery).
