A sake from Osaka. The name was chosen in 1972, referring to the monk's sake that was brewed at Kongoji Temple on Mount Amano during the Muromachi period. The daiginjo varieties include "A," which uses Yamada Nishiki rice, and "Un," which uses Bizen Omachi rice. Other varieties include ginjo, junmai, and honjozo. Won gold medals at the National New Sake Tasting Competition in 2000, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2012. The raw rice used is Yamada Nishiki, Gohyakumangoku, and more. 大阪の日本酒。酒名は、室町時代に天野山金剛寺で醸されたという僧房酒の呼称で、昭和47年(1972)に命名。大吟醸酒は、山田錦使用の「阿(あ)」と備前雄町使用の「吽(うん)」がある。ほかに吟醸酒、純米酒、本醸造酒など。平成12、15、17、19、20、22、24年度全国新酒鑑評会で金賞受賞。原料米は山田錦、五百万石など。蔵元の「西條」は享保3年(1718)創業。所在地は河内長野市長野町。
