Morte d'Arthur

…the person who is said to be the author of “Le Morte d’Arthur.” This work is the greatest English prose work of the 15th century, and should be called the best compilation of the Arthurian legend in English prose. It was published in 1485 by W. Caxton, the first English printer and publisher.
