Aksakov, IS - Aksakov

...Russian thinker. Son of ST Aksakov. His elder brother, Konstantin Sergeevich Aksakov (1817-60), was a Slavophile thinker and man of letters. He idealized the mutually inviolable coexistence of the two, adopting the motto "Power to the Tsar, Word to the People (Narod)."
