...The Peruvian lacewing Phytotoma raimondi is found in the northwestern coastal areas of Peru. The Chilean lacewing P. rara lives in northern Chile and northern Argentina, and the red-breasted lacewing P. rutila is found in the mountains from western Bolivia to northern Argentina and western Paraguay. All three species are 16-17cm long.
