...The capsule is spherical, about 4 mm in diameter, and splits sideways, which is also a characteristic of the genus Acanthurus. The yellow-red flowers are called red-flanked chickweed, or commonly known as red chickweed. It is widely distributed throughout the world from temperate to tropical regions, and can be found in the Izu Islands, Honshu (Kii Peninsula), Shikoku, Kyushu, and Ryukyu.
