An insurance (special clause) in which the purpose of the insurance is evaluated at the time of contract to determine the appraised amount, and the policyholder is allowed to select the insured percentage (the ratio of the insured amount to the insured value), on the condition that the insurance amount must be a certain amount or more above the appraised amount at the time of contract, and the insurance amount is the appraised amount multiplied by the agreed insured percentage.
