〘 noun 〙 To marry anew. A woman who has lost her husband or is divorced marries another man again. Remarriage. Re-relationship. ※Kujo family version of Engishiki, Volume 1, Ura documents - 17th leap month of May, 988 (2nd year of Eien), a letter from Miyauchi Fumio: "But B's mother, Ding, was in the service of A, and after she remarried, B's Ding and her now husband, B, are police officers."
