Zolotoye kol'tso ( Zolotoye kol'tso ) is a general term for ancient cities in the northeastern suburbs of Moscow, the capital of the Russian Federation. Many cities, including Vladimir, Suzdal, Sergiev Posad, and Yaroslavl, have historic districts and groups of buildings that are registered as World Heritage Sites.
