Pleasure (lust)-murder

Japanese: 快楽殺人 - かいらくさつじん（英語表記）pleasure(lust)‐murder

According to Krafft-Ebing, murder itself can provide strong sexual excitement and satisfaction, and murder committed for that purpose is called pleasure-murder. It is also seen as a type of sadism. However, many cases in which a perpetrator kills a victim to avoid detection and arrest after the commission of rape or indecent assault cannot be called pleasure-murder. According to criminologist R. Senf, there are three types of pleasure-murder: (1) Typical example. In this case, sexual satisfaction is obtained by sexually destroying the victim, and no sexual intercourse takes place; murder and mutilation of the corpse are equivalent to sexual intercourse.

クラフト･エービングによると，殺人そのものが強い性的興奮･満足を与えることがあり，それを目的として行われる殺人を快楽殺人という。サディズムの一類型とも見られる。ただし，強姦，強制猥褻（わいせつ）の犯行後に犯罪の発覚，逮捕を免れる目的で被害者を殺害する場合の多くは，快楽殺人とはいえない。犯罪学者ゼンフR.Senfによると，快楽殺人には次の3型がある。(1)典型例。被害者を性的に破壊することによって性欲の満足を得る場合で，性交は行われず，殺人，死体損壊が性交の等価物となっている。
