Novi Pazar (English spelling)

Japanese: Novi Pazar(英語表記)NoviPazar
Novi Pazar (English spelling)

…A small clay statue with exaggerated eyes and nose from the second half of the 2nd millennium BC was found in Predionica, near Pristina, Kosovo, and a bronze vessel from the Illyrian period, around 500 BC, with embossed depictions of animals and scenes from daily life was found in Vače, east of Ljubljana, central Slovenia. In Trebenište, north of Lake Ohrid in southern Macedonia, and Novi Pazar in southern Serbia, metalwork and other works showing the influence of Greek Archaic art were excavated, attesting to the influence of Greek culture inland, prior to the founding of Greek colonies on the Adriatic coast, such as Hērakleia (now Bitola, southern Macedonia) and Tragourion (now Trogir, southern Dalmatia), by King Philip II of Macedonia. Around the time of Christ, it was finally conquered by Rome, which established the provinces of Dalmatia, Noricum, Pannonia, Moesia, and Macedonia, and brought Roman culture to the area.
