Samba
This is free software that allows you to share files and printers from Windows on UNIX. It supports SMB (Server Message Block), a protocol used in Windows, and can participate in Windows networks. On Mac OS X, Samba is used to share files with Windows. It is also often used as server software on multi-platform NAS.
