Telmatobius

...Their lungs are large, and aquatic species, in particular, can stay underwater for long periods without lifting their noses, and their webbed hind legs help them breathe through their skin. The Andean water frog Telmatobius , which lives in the deep bottoms of cold lakes such as Lake Titicaca, has highly developed lymphatic sacs under the skin of its back and dense blood vessels, allowing it to breathe exclusively through its skin. In temperate regions, when temperatures drop below a certain level where normal body temperature cannot be maintained, they go into hibernation underground or at the bottom of the water.
