...The front page of the City Church of Wren (1883), designed by McMurdo, is considered one of the original works of Art Nouveau, with its vine-like curves. In 1884, McMurdo and Herbert Horne launched the magazine Hobby Horse. In 1889, Charles Ricketts launched Dial, and new art magazines were published one after another, such as Yellow Book in 1994 and Evergreen in 1995.
