The Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen is a declaration of 17 articles adopted by the Constituent National Assembly on August 26, 1789, especially in France. The correct name is the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen. The majority of the members convened in the Estates General joined the Third Estates' Conference, which had declared the establishment of a single National Assembly after June 17, and on June 30, officially began the task of drafting a constitution for the kingdom under the name of the Constituent National Assembly, but it was decided that the purpose of forming the state must be discussed before determining the principles of the state's formation, such as the relationship between the king and the people.
