Branchiosaurus

…Most of the species were large, semi-aquatic or terrestrial, but some were aquatic fish-eating. The average body length was about 30-150cm, but Branchiosaurus was small, measuring just 4cm in length. Large aquatic labyrinthodonts appeared in the Triassic.
