A politician and prime minister of the Mongol Empire and the early Yuan Dynasty. A Uighur. His pen name was Shanfu. His posthumous name was Wenzheng. He was the son of Furukhaiyya (Bulu Haiyya). He served Kublai Khan from the age of 19, and when Mongke (Menge) died in the 9th year of the Xianzong era (1259), he helped Kublai return north and ascend to the throne. After he ascended to the throne, he petitioned the shogun for peace with the Southern Song Dynasty. When Kublai Khan, fearing that the accession of Arik Buga (Ali Bu Ge) would cause unrest in the Han Dynasty, appointed ten governors, he was sent to Shaanxi and Sichuan, where he made a great contribution to suppressing the opposition, and was appointed as the Secretary of the Book in the 2nd year of the Zhongtong era (61).

モンゴル帝国および元初の政治家，宰相。ウイグル族の人。字は善甫。諡は文正。フルハイヤ (布魯海牙) の子。 19歳のときフビライ・ハンに仕え，憲宗9 (1259) 年モンケ (蒙哥)が崩じたとき，フビライが北還し即位するのに力を尽し，即位後南宋と講和することを上奏。アリク・ブガ (阿里不哥)即位による漢地の動揺を恐れたフビライが十路宣撫司をおいたとき，彼は陝西，四川路につかわされ，反対派制圧に功を立て，中統2 (61) 年中書平章政事に任じられた。
