A Chinese painter of the early Qing Dynasty. One of the Six Great Masters (Four Kings Wu Yun). A native of Changzhou (Wujin, Jiangsu Province). His given name was Ge and his literary name was Shouping, but he adopted the literary name Zhengshu because it was more widely used. His pen names included Dongyuan Caoyi, Yunxi Waishi, and Nan Tian. He was friends with Wang Hui, and it is said that he was inspired to become a bird-and-flower painter after seeing his friend's painting skills. However, his posthumous landscape paintings are as artistically talented as Wang Hui's. His bird-and-flower paintings are a perfection of a style of grass-and-insect painting from the Song Dynasty that had been handed down in his native Changzhou, and are a novel way of drawing. His sketchy bird-and-flower paintings, painted without any bones, express life in a fresh way, and influenced many painters throughout the Qing Dynasty. His representative works include the Miscellaneous Paintings of Landscapes and Flowers (Princeton University) and the collection of essays, Ou Xiang Guan Shu.

中国，清初の画家。六大家 (四王呉惲) の一人。常州 (江蘇省武進) の人。名を格，字を寿平といったが，字が通行したので字を正叔とした。号は東園草衣，雲渓外史，南田など。王翬 (おうき) と親交があり彼の画技を見て花鳥画を志したという。しかし遺作の山水画は王翬に劣らず芸術的才能にすぐれ，その花鳥画は生地の常州に伝存した，宋以来の草虫画の一様式を斬新な描法として完成させたもので，没骨 (もっこつ) 着彩の写生的花鳥画は清新に生命を表現し，清代を通じて多くの画家に影響を与えた。代表作『山水花卉雑画冊』 (プリンストン大学) 。文集『甌香館集』がある。
